Learning From the Young People

During the Discipleship Seminar at midnight I sat down with the young people. I am learning with them mostly on some conflicts they are experiencing that time. Firstly, I've learned, as a leader is the importance of being transparent to them by not building walls that will separate us in order to gain their trust. Secondly, to resolve the issue, rules and goals must be established and observed while the meetings is being held.. Lastly, I've learned that the most neglected part in the church is Church Discipline. All members must be aware of all the necessary actions and executions in respect with the Biblical Church Discipline Implementation. This will help to avoid toleration of sin, to address the issue, to restore the sinner, and eliminate secret anger/hatred toward another.
